Banana is the good source of calcium.They are also contain vitamin B6 and fiber.Make banana shake with full cream milk.Take one glass of milk and two bananas.Put almond if you want.Do not put sugar in it.If you want you can add honey.Drink it after workout.

No matter how busy you are,don't forget your breakfast. Having a good breakfast keeps your body energized and you feel active all time.

4.Eat Fruits

5. Lunch

8.Nuts

Nuts such as Almonds ,Walnuts,Brazil,nuts,Cashews, Chestnuts, Hazelnuts, Pecans,Pistachiosare the good source to gain weight eat it regularly because it contain  fat nutrients, including vitamin E, magnesium, and selenium and low in carbs.You can eat it with milk for good result.
