2.Over Eating

You must have heard that Excess Of Everything Is Bad Too much of anything is harmful and that's what applies to our eating habits.We don't even know when the eating food every while turns into over eating after a while.You may also be feeling simple by this.It can cause alzheimer's disease and because of the overeating, self-confidence will be reduced and they can go into depression


3.Not sleeping Enough


Some people stay awake at night doing online jobs for earning. but sleeping is very important for our health but if we comparison with old history we have greatly reduced our sleep Because in the year 1900, people had take about 10 hours sleep and it has changed about 7 hours in 1970.Study has found that about 440000 people take sleep about 7 hours While study says that if we not take proper sleep then it can reduce our cognitive function and actually it also week our brain cells.Even so, most people people feels lazy.Can't think of anything else and cannot do any work with productivity.

4.Not Getting Enough Natural Sunlight 


Like plants need sunlight.Similarly, sunlight is very important for us.Sunlight gives us vitamin D and these sun rays can effect positive way of our brain cognitive function because sunlight can increase the productivity of carotene hormone that are present in our body which is also called happy hormones that keep our mood stable and makes it happy but if we place at dark place and don't take the sunlight so this habit can damage our brain and at the same time it cause depression,sadness,laziness,alone.Be sure to take some sunlight a day

First of all, it is important to know that Not all stress are harmful for us.Some stress that is acute stress.Acute stress is very important for us.Which makes us think that our life Whether our life is going well or not but chronic stress is not good for us because it produce a hormone that is called cortisol hormone that causes weight gain,digestive issue,hormonal imbalance,cancer, heart disease.With the chronic stress Our body faces many disease such as memory loss, brain fog anxiety, and over thinking.

6.Sedentary lifestyle


When no man exercises daily and do not move body and he spends his time sitting still that mean he live a sedentary life and who live sedentary lifestyle they can get this disease like diabetes,heart disease,obesity and high blood pressure. Also, do not do any physical activity can slow blood supply in our all blood vessels and our brains don't get excessive oxygen and problems like dizziness and brain fog start So live an active lifestyle instead of a sedentary lifestyle for this you can do daily 30 minutes walk or you can do physical exercise 


7.Too much sugar



By taking too much sugar or sweet for a long time the capacity of our body our body's attempt to absorb natural also ends that's why our body cannot take proper nutrients and because of that in future human body can becomes a victim disease like malnutrition that can also damage your brain because blood and sugar is lacking in our body and that way our brains don't get the right nutrients and other like Don't  reading any book, Don't learn any skills,and Don't drink water as needed can also damage our brain Seventy-five (75%) part of your brain is made of water and getting too much information is bad for our brains because our brain have special capacity to absorb information and when we get too much information so over time, they begin to suffer from stress and trauma and bad habits like drinking and smoking can also damage your brain.
