If you wish to enjoy good health,you should take exercise, simple food, rest and have peace of mind.Peace of mind can be had by praying to God.Such prayers can heal our sickness and console our mind.

T.V. has changed our life style completely.Everybody goes late to bed.So he/she cannot get up early in the morning.Early rising is a key to good health.Early to bed and early to rise,meals at regular times,recreation and rest are sure to make a man healthy,wealthy and wise.Young people,who have plenty of energy,need to take vigorous athletic exercise in the fresh open air.We should get up early in the morning.
We should brush our teeth and take bath daily.Over eating is dangerous to health.IF we take some fruit daily,if will be better for our health.Clean clothes,good habits and un-polluted atmosphere is very essential for our health.

Bad Habits

In case we are run down,overworked, or dreadfully sick,we consult a good doctor.He gives us a tonic,or prescribes a special diet."You are working too hard ",
he may say"that's what the trouble is.You cannot go on burning the candle at both ends.
Some times staying at one place,year in and year out, tends to make us weary and stale .It is a signal that what we need is a complete change in our environment.
If we go to some other place at the hills or in the countryside,it does us a world of good.Change of environment and fresh air are better than all the tonics in the world.Eating Out is generally avoided by health conscious men and women.Home-made eatables are the safest and the best in the world.
A peaceful mind and relaxed body will never get high blood pressure.
We should avoid tension fear anxiety and anger.We should work science early and leave the result to God.Disciplined life is dangerous to health.A sound sleep is needed for a sound mind and body. Irregularity in sleeping hours causes sleeplessness.Smoking and too much use of coffee and tea is not good for health.
