It is very important for you.You should do regular exercise for at least 5 days in a week and it can be for 30 to 40 minutes and you can walk,cycle, jog or if you are into some sport, that too is a good exercise. Exercise will also maintain your weight, control your diabetes and keep your stress levels low.

It is very important that you maintain it. Those people who have diabetes or those people who have a family history of diabetes should get their sugar levels checked often so that they can be aware of their sugar levels being in the normal limits. If you have high sugar in your blood then to filter that out your kidneys will have to work a lot. With time your kidneys start to get affected and damaged. 7.Effected Medicine

 Some medicines affect the kidneys a lot. Among them are different types of pain killers,antibiotics,because it is habitual in people around us if they experience pain anywhere, without the consent of their doctor, they would keep taking painkillers at home. Some of these medicines affect your kidneys a lot and there is a danger of kidneys being damaged. So before taking any medicine, do seek medical advise from your doctor.

8.Smoking

It is a very bad habit.If you avoid this,then it would be great for you, because smoking damages vessels which also include vessels in the kidneys and so that is why those people who smoke, their kidneys are affected negatively with time.

Do get your kidney function tests done after every while.You must be knowing that kidney function test,there is urea,uric acid, kataninor simply you can also get your urine checked.Those people who have diabetes or blood pressure problems or those who are over weight,or aged more than 60 years,they should get their kidneys function tests done regularly after every 1-2 months.
