4.Drinks

There are some drinks, which if you can add can help as a fat burner for you. What are those?If you mix lemon and honey in lukewarm water and have in the morning, it can help reduce fat.Similarly,there is cinnamon, called daalchini, if you add half a spoon in lukewarm water and have in morning or zeera, lemon and honey mixed in water all these things boost your metabolism and they will burn your fat quickly.

5.Exercise

Exercise, is very important for you.After delivery,or in cesarean when your stitches are removed,then start your regular walk.It is obvious that you will start slow,however much you are comfortable doing.Slowly aim to increase it and reach towards brisk walking.When 6 to 8 weeks have passed,in this span all your body organs have gone back to normal,after that you can even add exercises targeting the tummy. 6.Maternity Belt

A lot of doctors advise a maternity belt which you can use 2 days after a normal delivery or when the stitches of your cesarean are removed.You do not have to put this belt over your stitches but only on your waist area.The purpose of this belt is that it helps tone the muscles that got stretched during pregnancy.It will not burn any fat but it will compress your abdominal muscles which will help bring back your shape and you will feel a lot of difference in your tummy.You can use this belt for about 6 to 8 weeks and you can remove it whenever you have to sleep or eat.
