2.Vitamin D

It is a very big need because it helps you absorb your calcium.You can get vitamin D in your diet through fish or fortified cereals that contain vitamin D.Similarly,if you would sit in the sunlight for 15 to 20 minutes,you can get enough vitamin D for one day.You can also get vitamin D supplements from your doctor.You have to take special care of fluid intake in your diet,you should take 8 to 10 glasses water everyday.

3.Exercise
