Every person wants that their hair become healthy and longer and beautiful, smooth and silky but as soon as their hair become rough, less or start falling they get tensed and start their visits to the doctor.

A good diet for the growth of our hair is very important but there are some factors that affect the progress of our hair for example,

1.Age

If age is high and as it keeps on increasing the amount of your hair start to reduce 

2.Genetics 

It plays a big role meaning if you have any family history or less hair, such as your mother or father then your hair would also be less genetically.

Moreover, when some women get pregnant have good growth due to the release hormones but as soon as they deliver then they face hair fall for some time after that which gives them a lot of tension.

3.Medicines

Some people use such medicines such as cancer drugs like chemo therapy they too face hair fall.

Furthermore, if one faces imbalance of hormones then too hair are affected a lot and they start to decrease.

In today's article we will see that what such diet is very important for our hair and what should you eat.

4.Protein

The most important thing in your diet is proteins.

All of our hair is made of protein.If your diet does not contain protein then your hair get affected a lot.

5.Iron

Similarly, the next thing is iron is used to make hemoglobin in our blood.Hemoglobin is such a protein that carries oxygen and delivers it to all our body cells and tissues.

If you are deficient in iron then you would be deficient in hemoglobin that would cause you to suffer from anemia, known as lack of blood.

That is why it is very important to have iron in your diet.

6.Zinc

Similarly, zinc! A lot of studies suggest that if there is a deficiency of zinc then hair starts reducing too and those who are given supplements of zinc get better hair.

7.Vitamin

The most important thing is vitamins.It is very important for them to be included in your diet.

The first important vitamin is vitamin A.Vitamin A is important for your hair because it is needed for the growth of body cells.

Similarly, glands in our skin that produce oily secretions and those secretions keep our skin moist and to produce those secretions vitamin A is necessary.

The next important vitamin is vitamin B.It includes, folic acid, biotin and B12,all these things help to make red blood cells.

If red cells in your body are less then you would suffer from anemia, meaning lack of blood and the health of your hair get affected. Vitamin C.It is extremely important for your hair.

Why so?

Because it is used in making a protein which is called collagen.

Collagen is extremely important for skin and hair.Vitamin D.It is seen if it's levels are less, your hair start falling.

Similarly, vitamin E.Which is an antioxidant and for our hair and skin it is very important.

Now lets see what foods shall we eat that the demands of our hair growth are met daily?

Proteins are important.

You can take proteins from meat,it can be goat meat or cow meat,or you can take it from chicken or fish,there are red beans, lentils and other than them there is milk and eggs as well.

All these things give you proteins.

You should take any of these items in your diet.

Vegetables 

The next thing is vegetables.In vegetables you should use green leafy vegetables more,such as spinach, fenugreek leaves, broccoli,salad leaves and similarly there are other vegetables like capsicum, carrots and lemons. 

All these things provide you with necessary vitamins.In fruits we have apples,dates, these give you high amounts of iron,other than these we have guavas, strawberries, oranges and other citrus fruits they give you a big load of vitamin C.

Sun light

You should use whole grains, meaning if you are using flour it should be whole meal wheat flour. 

Moreover,for a little while, 15 to 20 minutes if you sit in the Sun,that too will give you vitamin D.

It is not necessary that you sit facing the Sun,you can sit facing away, and you can get sunlight on the nape of your neck, hands, or feet for a while that is enough for your body.

Similarly, we have nuts, such as almonds,sunflower seeds and other nuts these all too provide you all the important vitamins.
