How to Refresh Mind

There is some steps that tells you how to refresh mind refresh your self when you feel stress or when you in boredom.

1.Play Sports Or games At least 2 hours in a day

The most important step for how to refresh mind Sports and games play an important role in the development of human personality.
They are no less important then food and fresh water.They refresh our mind.
They remove our boredom.
They makes us active and smart.Sports and games build our character.

2.Take a break during work

When we do any work  our brains numb out a bit to the constant stimulation after some time, and we can not continuous the task as important. 
If we take break during work so our brain takes us back to work

3.Listen a fresh music after work

Experts say that if we listen to a fresh music while working, it may be to give your brain force and refresh our mind.
The reality of listening to music is that it helps us clean our mind and  takes us back to work.

4.Complete your sleep at least 8 hours

This is also very important thing for how to refresh mind We need at least 8 hours sleep in a day.
If our sleep did not complete.so our brain and body tired and we can not work.
If you do not have time then you should start a routine.The routine is that during work turn off your all devices every two hours and take rest at least 20 to 30 minutes.

5.Take exercise

Get up early in the morning and take exercise.Exercise build our muscles.Mitochondria is present in our muscles which give energy to our body by exercise. 
Exercise is not only muscles game but also it have many types for example run,push-up and jumping etc.Exercise improve our brain memory and protect against chronic diseases.

6.Walking


Walking outside from home for 30 to 40 minutes can give you more energy and reduced stress.
Because when we really go out our body is refreshed and vitamin C is produced in our joints in less amount.
